We're IN the 3rd dimension and see from a 2D perspective, like pictures. So I don't know what 4D objects would look like but. A 4D being would see from a 3D perspective meaning they could see any 3D object all at once.

VR is 3d, so it can't teach anything. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to perceive the 4th dimension, or the w axis. No amount of perceptualizing can ever change that. Sorry to be a buzzkill. The 4th dimension is perpendicular the to x, y, and z axis. Just just don't have that angle in 3d.

As I understand the 4th dimension has all the lines, including the connection lines, at right angles to all other right angles. I don't see the right angles in the connecting lines, but angled lines that are much less that 90 degrees. Please explain. But I have to say this is the best visualization yet on the 4th dimension.

I think we can understand something greater than 4d because we have freedom. Let me explain. 2d, 3d, 4d etc seem like structures that we can enter. However we already exist in space and that freedom to be outside any dimension is the freedom of life. I think it's almost like once you understand that each dimension can get larger, they can also become exponentially smaller. I believe this is why inside of us looks like the galaxy. As above, so below. Keep thinking. ☺️
